This product is a low viscosity two-liquid type, immediately
hardening characteristics, shorten the processing time can
be achieved with careful use of silicon modules infusion molding.

Additive selection

Additives must be dry and free of water and grease.
Glass fibers, anhydrous calcium carbonate, glass beads,
silica sand, iron, copper, aluminum, and other inorganic
salt-free water can be applied. Add the total amount of
0-300% can be achieved

Product operation:
1. Perfusion using the perfusion machine:
(1) adjusting the perfusion machine out of quantity, pressure
and other conditions.
(2) If the average filler added to the main agent, hardening
agent mixing barrel vacuum.
(3) the implementation of perfusion operation.
2. No use pouring machine perfusion:
(1) After weighing, the hardener into the mixing drum, the
first lubrication bucket.
(2), after weighing, then the main agent into the mixing
bucket, mixing 20 seconds (if any filler is added 3-5 minutes
mixing the main agent, backup speed of about 100-200rpm).

time.
Fast curing: 30 to 40 seconds.
Away from the mold time: 1 minute 30 seconds
Medium-speed hardening: 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds.

Slow hardening: 2 minutes 30 seconds to 4 minutes.
From die time: 5 minutes
